Making Friends

Meet our first snow gals of the winter season.

The February moon

A crisp, still night. The wolf moon is rising over our backyard in Bay Fortune, Prince Edward Island.

Morning greets with a cat.

 

Our sweet boy of the house, Ralph. He likes to make sure you're never lonely, even when your brushing your teeth.

Promise for spring...

even on a day when it's 30 below and painted.

Twelve hours of work, two hours of driving, one hour of snow shoveling - then this to make it all better... a Valentine from my wife.

Local squirrel finds chocolate covered delicacy.

Our daily friend stops by to see what treats are on the menu... i don't know who smiled more, him or i to see the chocolate covered strawberry i put in his bowl.
